About the Role:
Pacific Industrial Constructors Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support large-scale industrial and manufacturing facility upgrades across the Lower Mainland. The role involves assisting Project Managers with scheduling, procurement, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track project schedules and update reports

• Coordinate subcontractor documentation and contracts

• Assist with budgeting and cost tracking

• Prepare RFIs, change orders, and progress claims

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management or Engineering

• 2+ years’ experience in industrial or commercial construction

• Proficiency in MS Project and Procore

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
